Kings will be Kings- Google keeps expanding

At last! Google and DoubleClick Inc., a global leader in digital marketing, have finally closed their multi-billionaire merger, which will result in a win-win situation where both parties will expand their operations aiming at an increase of their long term profitability. Because the global economy is now traversing a major slow down, this unification of the two can only give Google a boost to continue growing in this tough economic environment.
According to 77, it is to DoubleClick’s advantage to undergo this due diligence process with such a monster as Google, for they were initially too small to compete with Yahoo, MSN, and of course, Google itself. And in result, regardless of which angle it is viewed in, Google will now offer even more innovative display advertising favoring both the user and the advertiser, thus leading to the further awakening and interest of companies to invest in online advertising. Marking Google’s President, Tim Armstrong’s words, “This transaction will strengthen our advertising network by expanding our access to publisher inventory and enabling us to serve the needs of a broader set of advertisers and ad agencies.”
In short, and it is what we believe at 77, the combination of Google and Doubleclick, Inc. will offer infinite advantages and insights for customers and consumers in terms of placing, targeting and analyzing ads making the most out of the digital medium.
