Eday conference Amsterdam: video

Posted by Admin @ June 7th, 2007 in Search Engine Marketing

Dutch site Emerce reported from the Next Web Conference in Amsterdam. 77 liked this video where Marc Canter (CEO Broadband Mechanics), Jeff Clavier (SoftTech VC) and Dick Hardt (SXIP) shine their light on coming takeovers, hypes and new developments. Broadband Mechanics is currently introducing People Aggregator, a tool to combine all social networks a person is into and to build applications between them. In the 77 vision People Aggregator could become a good tool for marketers to make groups of evangelists across social groups.

Clavier mostly talks about his money, you can easily skip that. Hardt agrees with Canter that Facebook is one of the next big things, praising its open character. Openness seems to be the magic word and most developers have a lot of faith in it. All the more reason for advertisers to create something people really want to see and, more importantly, share.
