Paul was asked to share his insights with 77Agency about the results of the evolution and changes taking place in the new media environment.
This was his statement:
‘I think one of the most exciting elements of the new media landscape is how technology and new platforms are helping drive increased efficiency, both in terms of how consumers are targeted and how each communication is tailored to ensure relevancy. The ability, in real time, to dynamically alter what an end user sees online and to tie a value to that consumer is, in my opinion, one of the most important recent developments in media communications. Over time it will be interesting to see how the developments in targeting and the emergence of ‘engagement’ metrics are incorporated into new technologies to drive even more relevant communications.’
