77Academy ‘hands-on’ experience for our students
Posted by Manuela Barreto @ April 22nd, 2008 in 77News

As part of our 77Academy initiative, we are currently implementing a new aspect to the training program so that our students can receive a more practical experience while being trained in the field of new media marketing. We are giving our academy students the opportunity to participate as provisional bloggers on our 77Lab. This way they will not only receive a substantial theoretical tutelage from our experts, they will also be able to research and write about real life cases, developments, innovations they witness during their stay in the program.
As you already know our 77Academy program is our training division which consists of a 10-week intensive course, free of cost, designed for young, dynamic graduates from the top European Business Schools who wish to gain the skills and experience necessary to enter the new media marketing industry, an area often neglected by traditional academic & training institutions. In the end, our program is split up into three scenarios: 30% theory, 30% practical and 40% outplacement.
The topics we offer range from SEO, SEM consulting, web analytics and tracking assessment to online media planning, mobile marketing, affiliate networks and viral marketing, to name a few.
Our objective is to provide extra training for recent University graduates, and help them find employment with outstanding Partners. We want to set the standard for New Media expertise by training top students and by maintaining and developing the network that we create during the training programs.
