iPhone- making the headlines, again, but not for a good cause

Initially, pre-during-post iPhone’s 3G launch, we were being constantly bombarded with publicity which went off on how great the revamped version was and how wonderful its functions were; which resulted in massive, massive demand for the cool apparatus.
Now, same chaos except, not such good news, but iPhone is still getting its share of the press.
First, it was Netshare that continued to pop on and off the App Store, minutes after its launch. The application allows you to use your iPhone as a wireless modem. Apple eventually took it down claiming that any developer must first have their applications approved by them before making it available to the public.
Then came applications like ‘BoxOffice’, which provides movie listings and the ‘I am Rich’ application, which doesn’t do anything special, just more entertainment than anything else, which also got kicked out of the App Store.
So far, none of the companies have received any positive or rational feedback from Apple. Basically, people are wondering what is going on, and why the inconsistency?
The lastest- a ’secret URL’ has been discovered which has been taking all the blame.
